From intimate, easy-to-care-for layouts to larger residences with room to entertain, each suite is designed for comfort, safety and light. The Amethyst, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond and Emerald One-Bedroom collections offer residents a choice of size and layout.

Shared arrangements
Semi-share and double-occupancy options are occupancy arrangements within our suite plans, not separate floor-plan categories. Our team will explain how these work and confirm any associated costs personally.
Parking
Parking is available, subject to availability, and is priced separately from the base rate. Current parking charges are shown in the downloadable price list.
