Independent Living
For residents who are active and independent but appreciate the ease of a life without chores: chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, a full calendar of activities, and the company of good neighbors in a grand, hotel-style building.

Assisted Living
For residents who need a little extra help with daily routines such as bathing, dressing and medication, delivered with dignity and encouragement so independence is preserved.

Respite Stays
Flexible short stays for recovery, family travel, or simply to try retirement living before deciding. Respite guests enjoy the same suites, dining, care and activities as long-term residents.
Everyday living, thoughtfully included. Personalized care, available separately.
The base rate covers accommodation and the included lifestyle services, as applicable to your agreement. The precise list is confirmed in your personalized plan and generally includes:
- Meals in the restaurant-style dining room
- Utilities and a local phone line
- Weekly housekeeping
- Activities and lifestyle programs
- In-suite emergency call system
- Access to resident laundry facilities
Personal care and other optional services, such as staff-provided personal laundry, parking and cable television, are priced separately. Having care staff on site does not mean unlimited care or medication administration is included in the base rate; the services that apply to your residency are confirmed personally.

Physiotherapy: access to physiotherapy services is available, subject to provider availability, assessment, eligibility and applicable fees.
Physician visits: visiting physician services are available subject to current arrangements and availability.
Transportation: assistance arranging transportation is offered for appointments and outings.

Personalized care services are available individually or through a tailored package. Our care team reviews each resident's needs and explains the available services and associated charges.
There are three package tiers in our care schedule, alongside individually priced services. These tiers describe service selections, not clinical care levels:

Select 4 services
A tailored package of four selected care services, chosen around the resident's own needs and routines.
- 02
Select 7 services
A tailored package of seven selected care services, for a broader level of everyday support.
- 03
Select 11 or more services
A comprehensive tailored package of eleven or more selected care services, coordinated closely with the care team.

Injection services appear in our care schedule as both per-visit and monthly options. Their charges are confirmed personally by our team.

A gentle transition, for residents and families.
Moving is a big step, and we make it gentle. We help with planning the move, settling into the suite, and introducing new residents to their neighbors. A dedicated team member is available to answer questions before, during and after the move.
Families are partners in the journey. We encourage visits, meals together, and open communication, so the whole family feels part of the community, not apart from it.
